Shipping policy

Delivery
UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):

- Store Pick Up: Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for collection)

- Standard: 3-5 working days. Free for all orders over £50 (£4.95 for orders less than £50)

Worldwide Delivery:

- UK Highlands and Islands Standard Delivery £9.95

- European Standard Delivery £15

These charges include delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

Delivery charges for large items are arranged on a cost basis. Please ring us on 0208 7438118 for details.

Returns
A full refund is available if the goods are returned to the address below within 14 days, in perfect condition and with the invoice as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@jwbeeton.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: J.W.Beeton, 141 Askew Road, London W12 9AU*

Please Note:

- Delivery charges will not be refunded

- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.

*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@jwbeeton.co.uk.

Damage Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at hello@jwbeeton.co.uk and we will let you know if the required item is available.

If it is we will ship it to you free of charge, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
